We were getting hungry and decided to stop in the small town of Cambria. Cambria is a really quick jump-off the side of the highway as you head North. It’s roughly 3.5/4 hours away, just after Morro Bay. We used YELP and found a great restaurant called Robin’s. It ended up being a really great choice. They are located in the picturesque downtown area and had a delightful outdoor seating area.

The food is farmed fresh-to-table and tastes like it. The lettuce tasted like it was picked right then. It was fresh. Exceptionally fresh. They also had some really great local wines.

Cambria was such a welcome break from our drive. As we were leaving we noticed a lot of people biking. The beach is 2 miles away. It’s a tough, hilly ride but doable. You could just drive to the beach too. We will definitely be coming back and to stay for a little while longer.
